All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — any such offer will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID and link via email or SMS so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or because the package could not be delivered after multiple attempts, any re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
