Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are food items, we follow the policy below to balance hygiene and food-safety standards with fair customer service. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you cancel an eligible order that has already been paid for, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns & Replacements

As our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was expired on delivery.

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and — wherever possible — a clear unboxing video. This helps us resolve your claim quickly.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Include your order number and supporting photos/video of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed (except in cases of damage, defect, wrong item, or expiry).
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Issues caused by incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
